Our refund policy of artwork for commissioned work(s) and internet items is as follows:

All commissioned work has a $250 non refundable deposit.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  

You may return new, undamaged work created by Valerie Keppel Hull and sold by 123 Integration LLC within 30 days of delivery of sale for a full refund and not including any deposit (commissioned work) or shipping and handling.  Damaged work may not be returned.  All items returned will have returned shipping paid for at the customers expense, and insurance based on the sale price is recommended.  If you want to return any items, then you need to use the original packaging to send the work back.  All work sold to the customer will be insured when shipped for the  sale value of the item.  If an item is damaged in transit during shipping, 123 Integration LLC should be contacted so that we are aware of any insurance claims against the shipper.  There is no financial remedy for any damaged work offered by 123 Integration LLC, any damaged items can only be remedied by shipping insurance claims.
